1. Free Trial – Test Before You Subscribe

Before subscribing to a paid subscription, we offer our new customers a 24-hour free trial. This trial allows you to test the quality of our IPTV service and ensure it meets your expectations.

No refunds will be given if you chose not to use the free trial before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Refund Conditions

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

2.1. Unresolvable Technical Problems

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you will be eligible for a partial or full refund.

2.2. Duplicate Payment

In case of accidental double payment for the same subscription, we will refund the overpayment amount after verification.

2.3. Subscription Not Activated

If you paid for a subscription but your account has not been activated within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you can request a full refund.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Reimbursement

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Internet connection issues or insufficient bandwidth on the user’s part.
  • Inappropriate use or incorrect configuration on your part (incompatible devices, operating errors).
  • If you changed your mind after purchase, without justification, due to a service malfunction.
  • Temporary streaming issues that are quickly resolved (e.g., temporary maintenance, service updates).
  • Subscriptions used beyond 7 days after activation.

4. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Order number or proof of payment.
  • Detailed description of the problem encountered.

4.2. Timeframe for Processing Requests

5. Reimbursement Period

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
